Unfortunately, we also have some very sad news, in that Andries Mphulo passed away on 23 May 2014. Andries started with us in May 1986 and was one of our longest serving members of staff. MME was extremely proud of him for qualifying as a Red Seal Rigger in September 2013. He was a much respected rigger and we relied heavily upon his knowledge and experience over the years. His untimely death has left a big void in our family, not only in terms of experience, but also his leadership qualities. His funeral was very well attended by not only his family and friends, but by many staff members, from senior staff to company workers. On a happier note, his legacy continues as his son Emmanuel has joined MME, no doubt something his father would have been proud of.
