PLANNING

Initial assessment and coordination phase. Engineers and project managers evaluate the scope of the relocation, including equipment inventory, factory layout, utility inventory, factory layout, utility requirements, and scheduling. DISMANTLING

Trained technicians methodically disconnect and dismantle machinery, utilities, and support structures.

TRANSPORT
